Eat Drink Perth is back again to draw visitors into the city through a range of unique events, offers, ideas and flavours. For the entire month of March, we will position the city as the ultimate food and beverage destination.

The target audience of the Eat Drink Perth campaign will be primarily focussed on young, regular city visitors and workers while extending our reach to the secondary group of families with children under 17. Keep them in mind when creating promotions that will attract them to your business.

THE BREAKFAST CLUB
Help city workers start the day off right with a delicious before-work breakfast option that encourages them into the city a little earlier. It could be a quick combo special like a toastie and coffee. Or think about what will entice the weekend leisurely brunchers to visit like a decadent champagne breakfast or long table breakfast.
LET’S DO LUNCH
Develop something exciting which interrupts the work day and draws city workers from their building like live acoustic music to enjoy while dining. Or affordable, takeaway lunch options as there are many picturesque and intriguing spaces in the city just waiting for an Instagram picture to be taken of them! Can you offer a takeaway, picnic-style package for them to enjoy in one of these spaces?
WINE AND DINE
Think long table dinners, a degustation, date night options, or dinner and drink specials to keep the city buzzing after the 9 to 5 crowd.
Can you offer a cocktail tasting paddle, wine or spirit pairing, pair with a boutique local winery to launch a new wine? If you’re not a licensed venue, consider what you can offer in the coffee, juice or mocktail space.
How can we extend people’s stay in the city by offering that little something extra before they go home? It could be a special dessert, coffee and cake offer, or an after dinner drink.
Sunday is the perfect day to spend time with family, and what better way to do that than to explore what the city has to offer. Not a family venue? Tempt the Sunday Sesh revellers away from the coast and come up with something to help them forget tomorrow is Monday.
There are so many amazing venues in the city offering diverse flavours and styles of dining. Why not embrace this and work with your neighbouring venues to create precinct activities, progressive dinners, or a bar hop?
Invite people to experience the expertise on offer in your venue. Masterclasses, meet the maker sessions, children’s cooking lessons, cocktail-making or coffee-roasting lesson. Share your speciality with the people of Perth!
Package a hotel stay and a meal, or partner up with another city business to bundle up a convenient, exclusive experience.
