Think of a better way to start the weekend than with free-flowing Moët & Chandon Imperial and a three-course brunch, we dare you.

Held on the last Saturday of every month, join us in Cafe for the ultimate weekend experience this Winter in the city.

THE MENU:

First Course
Two poached free-range eggs, grilled asparagus, smoked salmon shavings, yuzu hollandaise sauce, homemade corn muffin

Second Course
Seared wild caught barramundi, wilted kale, 
spinach, wild mushroom risotto, caper oil

Third Course
Yoghurt mousse, lemon curd and meringue

All guests will enjoy tea, coffee and free-flowing Moët Imperial.

Champagne Brunch will be held on the last Saturday of every month from 11am - 1pm in Cafe
$80 per person
