With stints at some of the world’s best restaurants under his belt, internationally-renowned Chef, Chele Gonzalez brings the acclaimed Gallery by Chele experience to Perth’s Wildflower restaurant for a series of exclusive culinary events.

Born in northern Spain, Gonzalez honed his craft at multi-Michelin Star restaurants including Arzak, El Bulli, El Celler de Can Roca (#2 World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2018) and Mugaritz (#9 World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2018), later opening Gallery Vask which earned a spot on the list of Asia’s Top 50 Best Restaurants.

Now, Wildflower welcomes world-class talent, Chele Gonzalez as he showcases the local ingredients and native cooking methods of South East Asia and the Philippine archipelago, in a series of cross-cultural dining experiences this August.

Experience a taste of the Gallery by Chele dining concept on Friday evening (10 August), while on Saturday (11 August), both chefs will collaborate on a multi-course menu presenting dishes that reflect their culinary signature to showcase the best of their cuisine in the Wildflower kitchen.
