On a day to day basis the team is led by our very talented Head Chef, Vincy Silveira who cooks up a variety of dishes which are sure to tantalise even the pickiest of taste buds. The menu even offers paleo-inspired dishes and features fresh, healthy and delicious meals made using locally sourced ingredients. Our signature dish is the macadamia and almond crumbed chicken schnitzel, raw slaw, horseradish mayo and nam jim. We have plenty of options for gluten and dairy intolerance's as well as vegetarians.
